Data can be fun!

Our team recently hit the road for Data Walks in Hampton, Bamberg, and Orangeburg counties, sharing information about the Healthy Options Program (HOP) with community members and stakeholders.

These conversations gave us an opportunity to share what the data tells us, hear from the communities we serve, and explore how information can help shape healthier communities.

In an emergency, breastfeeding remains one of the safest ways to feed your baby. Breast milk provides nutrition and helps protect against illnesses, especially when clean water may be limited.
Be prepared:
✔️ Wash hands with clean water and soap (if no soap and safe water are available, use hand sanitizer)
✔️ Know how to hand express milk
✔️ Stay with your baby when possible
