We are thrilled to support Barbers Hill's annual fundraiser, the largest event of the year! This year's festival promises to be the biggest yet, featuring a diverse range of activities, including food, vendors, bounce houses, games, a cake walk, and more. If you're considering joining Fit in 42, we invite you to attend this event and bid on our exclusive basket. Proceeds will benefit the local students, and you'll have the opportunity to meet us!

Hey y’all! Just wanted to share these AMAZING accomplishments with you. These two strong peeps were in our 6 week Fit in 42 Program this past Spring. They both had phenomenal results during the program and we were beyond proud of the incredibly hard work they both put in physically and mentally.

Fast Forward 7 months. THEY KEPT ON. Yes…they absolutely had a great start with the program. But after? When life went back to normal and the trainers were just plain creepers and in their business 22/6 and not 24/7? THEY CONTINUED. When work and family got in the way like it does and they couldn’t get into the studio? THEY DID IT ON THEIR OWN. When life became too busy and they couldn’t find the time? THEY MADE THE TIME.

These two collectively have kept off the fat they lost in the program, retained the muscle they gained AND HAVE CONTINUED changing (losing fat/gaining muscle) 7 months later! Collectively they have melted 130lbs of fat and have gotten SO much stronger and much more mobile! 😱❤️🤗

This black bracelet not only represents their initial success, but their continued success in changing their lifestyle. Much like a black belt in martial arts, this “black belt” bracelet represents extreme discipline, unwavering commitment, and true expertise. They have broken old habits and established new, healthier and sustainable habits to continue this lifelong journey.

Matt & Melissa, you are a motivation for us all and we are SO incredibly proud of you. You are definitely the light we talk about in the program, spreading the life changing joy to all who surround you. Changing the world….one habit (and one burpee) at a time! 🤗❤️
