Skye Meadow Wellness is officially putting herself on ✨ do not disturb ✨ this weekend.

No hustle. No catching up. No guilt over the laundry basket or the never-ending to-do list. Just slow mornings, warm tea, cozy blankets, maybe a little time in the garden, and letting my nervous system be quiet for a while.

The chores will still be there Monday. This weekend, I’m choosing rest. I’ll be back Monday.

Okay… but what actually is Reiki? ✨

It’s one of those things you’ve probably heard about, but if you’ve never experienced it, it can sound a little mysterious.

Reiki is a Japanese energy-healing practice that uses gentle, intentional touch or hands held near the body.

The practice is centered around supporting relaxation, reducing stress, and creating space for the body and mind to settle.

And no you don’t have to follow a particular religion or spiritual belief to experience Reiki.

For me, Reiki isn’t about “fixing” someone. It’s about creating a quiet space where you can simply receive. No performing. No figuring everything out. No needing to be anything other than where you are.

Just rest, intention, energy, and connection. 🤍
