Tulio and Spritzy are total pros at cozy days at home, and now your pet’s care can be cozy, too! 🐱🐶

With our telehealth appointments, you can get expert advice for certain conditions right from your couch. Slippers optional! It’s perfect for busy weeks when a trip to the clinic is hard to fit in.

We are highlighting our wonderful co-owner, Dr. Brooke Crosier! 🩺💙

If you've been to Upper Charles, chances are you've met Dr. Crosier. As one of our co-founders, she brings her passion for soft-tissue surgery and complex internal medicine cases to every exam.

A few fun facts you might not know: she grew up on a horse farm in southern Vermont, earned her DVM at Cornell, and shares her home with her husband Eric, son Owen, Corgi George, orange cat Archie and a flock of backyard chickens. 🐔

It’s National Veterinary Technician Week! 🩺🐾

From assisting with exams and procedures to comforting nervous pets and keeping busy days moving, our veterinary technicians do so much for our patients. A special welcome to our newest techs, Brittany and McKenzie, and a big thank-you to Neli and Kathryn, who step in as techs whenever we need an extra set of skilled hands. We’re incredibly grateful for the skill, compassion and heart our whole tech team brings to Upper Charles every day.

(McKenzie is so new that we don’t have her photo yet 😆, so our patient, Izzy Murray, is pictured in her place!)
