How would you answer the question: “Are you happy?” We appreciate this perspective. 🕊️

Stress can show up in the body long before we consciously realize we’re carrying it.

Tight shoulders.
A stiff neck.
An achy back.
Muscles that always seem to be “on.”

And sometimes, pain isn’t just about one sore spot—it’s about the patterns of tension that build up over time.

Massage can be a chance to slow down, address areas of tension and give your body some much-needed attention.

If stress has been showing up in your body lately, maybe it’s time to make space for yourself.

If you’ve met us at an event, you may have heard us describe ourselves this way:

A former corporate professional turned Reiki practitioner.
A former woodworker turned bodyworker.

Different paths, but they brought us to the same place: creating space for people to slow down, reconnect, and feel more comfortable in their bodies.

After years in the corporate world, Tricia was drawn to Reiki and mindfulness. Becky brought her passion for working with her hands from woodworking into massage.

Together, we created Restored Body & Soul because burnout is real. Sometimes it looks like exhaustion, constantly being “on,” carrying tension, or forgetting to care for yourself while caring for everyone else.

We believe massage and Reiki offer a chance to pause, receive, and reconnect—without pressure to accomplish anything.

That’s what Restored Body & Soul means to us. 🤍

What does feeling restored mean to you?
