Meet my patient, Roberta! She came to me from Texas with the goals of making her nose smaller and cuter, while not having it look overdone or having the tip lifted up too much. I performed a dorsal preservation surgery where we don’t elevate the skin of the nose, but push the nose down to remove her dorsal hump. This primary rhinoplasty patient’s results are from directly after her surgery!
She has thick skin, so we didn’t want to go too small. We did build up the radix while decreasing the size of her hump & rotating her nasal tip upwards.
This patient’s nose looks incredibly natural and not overdone, which is always my goal for my patients. Her results will continue to improve with time!

This patient came to us because she was bothered by her low dorsum and droopy tip that she was left with from her previous surgery. Her main goals were to build up her bridge, have increased definition of the dorsum and rotation of the nasal tip while still having a smaller, cuter nose, overall. To achieve these goals, we harvested her own rib cartilage to use as grafts and rebuild her nose.
