The past week has looked a little different for me. I’ve been hospitalized receiving treatment for a known spinal infection, and for now I’ll remain inpatient with a discharge date that is still unknown.

As someone who spends so much of my life caring for others, this experience has been a humbling reminder of the importance of slowing down and allowing my own body the time and space it needs to heal.

I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has visited, sent flowers, dropped off funny treats, toys, messages, and so many thoughtful surprises to brighten these hospital days. Every single gesture has meant more than you know.

This will likely be a longer healing journey, but I’m incredibly grateful to have such an amazing community surrounding me. Your encouragement, kindness, and support are carrying me through one day at a time.

Thank you for being here with me on this road to healing. 🤍
