Cerberus Kettlebell Home of 8 IKMF World Team athletes. We help former athletes and newcomers reclaim their competitive edge through low-impact Kettlebell Sport.

Whether you want to compete on the world stage or just rebuild your body, we have a plan for you.

Watch the meet footage, then watch an ordinary practice day. The event gives the practice
a point. A date on the calendar can turn “maybe I’ll train” into “here is what we’re working on today.”

It can also expose what needs attention: technique, pacing, strength, recovery, or confidence under a
clock. Your first date does not have to be a major championship. An in-gym test with your coach can
teach you plenty. If having a specific challenge ahead sounds exciting.

DM NEXT GOAL and tell us what kind of test would make you curious, not just anxious.

10/16/2026

“I need a goal” is a good starting sentence, but it isn’t yet a plan. A useful next goal
connects something you care about with your current abilities, available practice time, and a test you
can actually complete.

For one person that’s learning the basics and trying a short set. For another it’s preparing for a competition. The conversation comes first; the ambitious target can come later. Tell us what you used to love about training, what you’ve tried recently, and what you hope feels different six months from now.

DM NEXT GOAL. We’ll help you explore whether kettlebell sport offers a next step
that fits.

Sometimes you don't need someone to teach you how to do the work.

You need someone to believe you’re capable of more.

She walked in thinking double 6kg kettlebells were her goal.

Her coach saw something different.

With the right coaching, technique, encouragement, and a little push outside of what she thought she could do…

She got double 12kg.

That's what coaches are for.

Believing in you on the days you don't believe in yourself yet.

Helping you see what you're capable of before you can see it for yourself.

You don't always need a bigger goal. Sometimes you just need someone who believes you can reach it.

10/15/2026

Pay attention to what you miss. Missing the nerves before an event might tell you that you
enjoy being tested.

Missing a coach might mean you value direct feedback. Missing teammates might mean the shared effort mattered as much as the result. Those signals are more useful than a generic instruction to “get motivated.” In The Identity Tax, desire is something to notice and investigate rather than dismiss.

So don’t rush to buy a new program. First ask: when did training feel meaningful, and what exactly made it feel that way? The answer might point you toward your next goal. What do you miss?

10/14/2026

“I think I could be pretty good at that.”
Maybe you could.
There's only one problem.
Eventually you have to find out.
That's one of our favorite things about kettlebell competition.
Potential doesn't matter much on competition day.
The clock starts.
You pick up the bell.
And reality answers.
Maybe you crush it.
Maybe you don't.
Either result gives you something infinitely more useful than wondering:
the truth.
And then you get to train from there.
We'd rather help someone become a real beginner than spend another ten years being a hypothetical champion.

You don't need to enter a competition tomorrow. But if you're curious what you're capable of, DM FIND OUT.

At some point adulthood gets strangely small.
Work.
Kids.
Bills.
Vacations.
Try to stay healthy.
Repeat.
And competition becomes something other people do.
Why?
There is no rule saying your biggest athletic challenge had to happen at 22.
There is no rule saying you have to be elite to compete.
There is no rule saying a 40-, 50- or 60-year-old can't wake up with a training goal that scares the hell out of them.
Kettlebell sport gives adults a scoreboard again.
Weight.
Time.
Reps.
Technique.
A competition date.
Something measurable to chase.
You might discover you don't want that.
That's perfectly fine.
Just make sure you made the decision.

10/12/2026

A real first class is usually less dramatic than a highlight reel. Someone explains the movement. You try it. A coach changes one detail. You try again.

You meet people at different points in their training. That’s valuable because a beginner needs a place to learn, not a performance they have to pass.

When you watch this footage, look for the small pieces: a cue, a correction, a practice rep, a conversation. That’s how a skill starts to become familiar.

If you’ve been imagining that you must already know what you’re doing before you walk in, DM EXPERIMENT and tell us what you’d want help learning first.

10/11/2026

You don’t need confidence before your first session. Confidence is often the result of doing
something specific, receiving feedback, and trying again.

A first visit lets you see the equipment, meet a coach, learn a movement at an appropriate level, and decide whether the process interests you.

That’s a much smaller decision than “I am now a competitive athlete.” If the sentence “people like me
don’t do this” has kept you away, we can test it gently and honestly.

Tell us what you’re curious about and what concerns you. DM EXPERIMENT; we’ll talk through an appropriate first step at Cerberus.

🔥 **CERBERUS KETTLEBELL IS HEADED TO VEGAS IN 2027!** 🎰🏆

Big news for the kettlebell sport community!

The **Las Vegas Kettlebell Club (LVKC)** has announced that they'll be hosting the **2027 AKLU National Championships**, and **Cerberus Kettlebell is planning to be there!**

📍 **Las Vegas, Nevada**

📅 **August 13–15, 2027**

This is another exciting opportunity for our athletes to step onto a national stage, challenge themselves, and represent Cerberus alongside some of the country's best kettlebell lifters.

Whether you're already competing or just getting started in kettlebell sport, events like this give us something to work toward.

With our new **10-week training and testing cycles**, we have a chance to build toward this championship one milestone at a time.

💪 **A LITTLE MORE EXCITING NEWS!**

LVKC is moving its **Luva'bells competition to a fully virtual format** this year, with proceeds helping fund the 2027 National Championships.

That means athletes can compete on their own platforms while supporting the growth of kettlebell sport in the United States.

🔥 **CERBERUS ATHLETES, LET'S TALK GOALS!**

August might seem far away, but championship performances are built through months of consistent training.

You don't have to be a national-level competitor today to start working toward becoming one.

**Who would like to make Las Vegas part of their 2027 competition goals?**

Let's see how many Cerberus athletes we can bring to Vegas! 💪🔥

What if your self-description is incomplete? You might not discover that by thinking harder
about it. You discover it by entering a new situation and noticing your response.

Maybe you enjoy a coach refining your technique. Maybe you care deeply about one more rep. Maybe you find that a team makes hard practice feel different.

Or maybe kettlebell sport isn’t for you, and the experiment still taught you something useful. Curiosity gives you permission to test an idea without promising yourself a whole new identity. Which of these possibilities would you be most interested in learning about firsthand?
