As many of you have noticed the ATF has changed guidelines on SBR, SBS, and suppressors. You are correct that guidance and rules are different for you.
Unfortunately, the rules for dealers hasn’t changed much. I am still not authorized to receive those items into the shop.
Your form 4 to transfer to an individual is now optional, but everything must still ship on a form 3 which requires an SOT that I don’t have.

I am looking into obtaining the license in the future but at this moment I cannot proceed with NFA transactions.
