Hey love,

Do you feel burned out, exhausted, and/or disconnected from yourself?

If you've ever grappled with choosing yourself over the to-do list (that's not even yours)

If you've wondered why, no matter how much you rest, you still don't feel rejuvenated

If you're tired of putting your needs last and feeling alone in life

If you want to finally feel at ease with the fullness of life, without collapsing under the weight of responsibilities and expectations

Join me in Reclaiming Rhythm, a 1.5hr workshop where you will find the root causing this pattern

I’ve been so deeply tired most of this week.

I'm currently in my late luteal phase, fast approaching me**es, and my body has been loudly asking for one thing: to slow down and trust my pace.

As women, we are so often conditioned to push through the exhaustion, to override our physical limits, and to keep performing. But true healing doesn't happen in the hustle—it happens when we finally give our nervous system permission to rest.

Instead of fighting my energy this week, I walked myself through a deeply restorative, channeled practice... and I recorded it for you.

It’s a 30-minute channeled meditation specifically for the woman who is tired of carrying everyone else's weight, yet wants to gently awaken her natural vitality without toxic productivity. We use water imagery to receive solar energy straight into our cells, and I even included a few vocal soul songs to unlock expression and deep gratitude.

If your body is screaming for rest right now, please give yourself permission to listen. You don't have to push through today.

Grab your headphones, find a quiet space, and let this hold you:

Drop a 💧 in the comments if you're taking time to honor your pace today.

I have been having so much fun in my vocal awakening facilitator training.

As part of my training, I do need to take on some practice clients so I am putting out the call.

I particularly love guiding women through:

• an inner journey into their womb
• Co-regulation sessions (using non- verbal processing)
• inner parts work
• anchoring intentions and getting to the root of resistance

If you're interested in any of these, comment below for a session.

No matter what we're working on, my commitment is to ensure you have a space where you feel safe in your vulnerability. My energetic containers are non-hierarchical, warm, inviting, and spacious. We don't push what isn't ready to be processed but with a maternal, gentle, and grounded energy we create the conditions of safety and opening to allow the unfolding and restoration.

If there's a theme you'd like to work on that I didn't mention, let's get on a call to see if I can support you in it.

This picture was sent to me by one of my classmates in this facilitator training in how she felt and saw me after working together

Do you wonder why striving leads to more disharmony?

This wasn't about making your goals wrong or even a bash on artificial intelligence.

Rather, it's a reflection on right-order as I've been mulling on this in my own life

Choosing to choose what's seemingly more costly up front because convenience (like perpetual artificial light) hasn't done us any favors.

Time and place and season matter. Why and how and for how long, matter.

Let's get poetic and creative!

Self care doesn't have to be an expensive spa day or a grueling workout to maintain your fitness.

Self care can be waxing poetic (even if you think you're not a poet). I promise, there's a creativity in you that's just waiting for your playfulness.

Vocal-Somatic work has been life changing in the simplest way. It is without the electronics. It is coming into relationship with yourself and your inner parts (hello inner saboteur, inner child, inner s***k, inner sunshine) through voice and body.

This is how we unravel patterns without the mental chatter.

Because when we are in relationship with these parts of ourselves, we no longer make the pattern bad (ICYMI, that part just learned a survival loop, bless her)
