Making this was really touching for me because I don’t have many photos or videos of myself, my parents or siblings growing up. The ones I do have, I have scanned & put into portable hard drives to never lose them. In case anything happened to the originals

Seeing my own growth and progress really pumps me up to keep putting content out there and be that proof that it is possible to live life while living with eczema

Little me would of never believed it but she never stopped trying

And adult me is so proud of her persistence and perseverance to never give up on myself

Tip for That Itch: Day 18 🌿

I’ve never tried chlorella. After researching online and at the library, my gut told me spirulina, and it’s been in my smoothies ever since. 🥤

Spirulina 🔵 is a blue-green algae packed with protein and antioxidants.
Chlorella 🟢 is a green algae with more chlorophyll and a tough cell wall, so look for “broken cell wall” on the label.

Real talk:
• Neither one cures eczema
• Only buy third-party tested brands
• Start small if you have allergies

I didn’t talk to my doctor before trying it, because back then I didn’t trust them. I want better for you. You deserve a medical team you can trust, and one that trusts you back. 💛

Thanks Google Photos for making me so emotional this morning. My youngest will be 4 this year and it still gets me every time seeing videos and pictures of when any one of my girls were small. I usually save them and just keep them for me. Now I share with you. The community and social media. Because like isn’t always so perfect or aesthetic

We lived with my mom till I was 33. At 33 I purchase my first home on my birthday and since then I haven’t looked back. We all should take a moment a look back at how far we have come and embrace for what’s to come. Good or bad. Although I hope more good than bad.

Happy eczema awareness month to all the parents and caregivers! I promise you your care and love does not go unnoticed. In fact because of my parents I’m able to pour so much of me into my kids and this community

Shoutout to Clorox Home Appliances for still working for as long as I’ve had it. I’d love to test more if they have some in the making 🤓

I wouldn’t mind testing it against another brand. Which can actually handle a household with 5 pets, 3 kids and 1 mom managing it all
