Hello good people! Welcome to Tourganic. I will be giving updates on how I live a healthy lifestyle on the road and lay out location by location reviews and advice. I travel as a musician on tour constantly and have done so for many years. I eat carefully, work out daily and try to be as active as possible. This blog will outline health in my daily life and hopefully can be a forum for others to post about restaurants, cafes, juice bars, venues, work out regimens, hikes, hotels, living green and leading an overall positive life while traveling in cities across the country and all over the world. While I eat primarily plantbased vegan diet and this blog will hopefully be a great resource for traveling vegan/vegetarians- the main idea is HEALTH not labels! Everyone is on their own personal journey in health and the idea is to be inclusive and create walls.
