Daily dose of Chakras;
What is a chakra? Means wheel or disk and it refers to the specific points or energy centers in your body. They are believed to be responsible for keeping the balance in a person's spiritual, mental, physical, and emotional health. This enery inside your body needs to flow unblocked, and therefore must be opened up. Many times due to stress of everyday life, (both inside and outside of the body), the Chakras can become blocked and the result manifests in physical, emotional or spiritual issues. Knowing how to naturally unblock your Chakras is important.

What are the main Charkras?
Root
Sacral
Solar Plexas
Heart
Throat
Third Eye
Crown.

This week i will spend a each day on the meaning of each; stay tuned

I'm so thrilled that my sounding bowls are selling and people really are understanding the power of energy. To perform a singing bowl session on people and have such a healing experience for them is really healing to me as well.
Private sessions are available, just call or dm me
