Who is ready for a Halloween Weekend?

Movies are the perfect way for all family members to get together, pop some popcorn 🍿, and make a memory!

Sometimes it's hard to find one that won't frighten the kids 👧🏻 😳 bore the teens 🥱 or shock the 👴🏼 😱.

🍂 It's that time again.

That time when it gets darker earlier and everything just feels off for a while. When you’re caring for someone who has trouble understanding the time change, adjusting daily routines takes extra planning.

Swipe through our 5-day plan to help make it easier for everyone. And YES, this also works for the little ones in your life because if you are like many caregivers, you are caring across generations.

Think of the adjustment as a dimmer, NOT a switch. If you turn the dimmer a little each day instead of flipping the switch on Sunday, everyone (including you) will have an easier time.
