Friendly reminder: you do NOT have to wait until breastfeeding is falling apart to call an IBCLC. 🙌🏼

Honestly, I wish more moms knew this.

You can reach out when you’re pregnant and just want to feel prepared.
You can reach out when things are going well but you have a million questions.
You can reach out when something feels “off” but you can’t quite put your finger on it.

And yes, you can absolutely reach out when you’re in the thick of it and thinking, “I have no idea what I’m doing.” 😂

There is no minimum level of struggle required to get breastfeeding support.
