Today we’re celebrating Felicia’s one-year anniversary with our Dexter team! 💙

Over the past year, Felicia has continued to grow in her role as an RBT while making such a positive impact on the kids and families we serve. And now she’s taking an exciting next step — she recently started her Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis as she works toward becoming a BCBA! 🎓✨

We love seeing our team members continue to learn, grow, and build their careers in ABA. We’re so excited to watch Felicia through this next chapter and grateful to have her as part of Catalyst.

This week we're celebrating one amazing year with Rachel Elkins, one of our incredible BCBAs here at Catalyst ABA Therapy!

From day one, Rachel has shown what true leadership looks like. She leads with kindness, listens first, and always puts our kiddos and families at the center of everything she does. Her RBTs know they can count on her for support, guidance, and encouragement, and she brings out the best in everyone around her.

We are so lucky to have Emily as part of our Catalyst team! Over the past year, she has become someone we know we can always count on. She’s dependable, hardworking, caring, and just an overall fabulous person and Provisional Behavior Analyst. She shows up for her clients, supports her team, and brings so much to Catalyst every single day.

And this year comes with an extra reason to celebrate — Emily has officially completed all of her supervised fieldwork hours toward becoming a BCBA! 🎓🥳 We’ve had the privilege of watching her work incredibly hard toward this goal, and we are SO excited for her!!
