A lot of us grab a supplement before we look at the basics.
Start with food, training, sleep, and good data. Supplements fill a defined need once those are in place. They don't replace real food, training, sleep, testing, medical evaluation, or licensed clinical care.
If you can't say what a supplement is for, that's a reason to talk to a doctor or pharmacist before you buy it.
To see your actual levels, the Nutrient Health Panel is available through Manly.Health.
