Three Rivers Community Care Three Rivers Community Care, originally founded as Three Rivers Music Therapy provides services to individuals throughout their lifespan.

Three Rivers Community Care provides:

· Home and Community Habilitation
· Community Supports
· Residential
· Music Therapy

Originally Three Rivers Music Therapy, Three Rivers Community Care was founded by Allison Broaddrick, MT-BC in 2018. As a board-certified music therapist, she believes the concepts of music therapy will always be at the core of the company. Music therapy has taught us the importance of meeting people where they are at, coming up with creative ways to meet goals, and always putting the individuals we serve first. During our time as Three Rivers Music Therapy, we saw an immense need for quality services beyond just music therapy and knew we could help so many more people live happy, fulfilling lives by providing services such as Home Habilitation and Residential. We’re so proud of the journey to get to this point and can’t wait to continue to serve our community in the future!
