What if the problem is not that you are failing at healing…
..but that modern wellness culture has buried people in too much information, too many protocols, and not enough grounded support?

Something new is coming to Albuquerque New Mexico on Sundays at REESM next month.

A series of grounded wellness education classes with Liliana Jaguarina exploring the real issues many people are quietly struggling with right now:

• Nervous system overload

• Wellness burnout & decision fatigue

• Emotional accumulation & unresolved stress

• Environmental & information overwhelm

• Chronic “trying everything” exhaustion

These are not performative “love & light” conversations.

And they are not fear-based wellness lectures either.

These classes are designed to help people step out of overwhelm and reconnect with practical foundations, clearer priorities, emotional honesty, and sustainable support for real life and holistic mind-body-spirit wellness.

Because most people do not need more information or hacks.
They need structure. Integration. Consistency. And space to actually process what their body has been trying to say.

More details coming soon.
Watch for event links in the comments and in the Liliana Rondon page.

Sundays at REESM beginning in June 2026.
