✨💜 B-Side Massage & Bodywork is celebrating ONE YEAR in the studio!!! 💜✨

B-Side first launched in 2022 as a mobile massage business, with a dream of one day having a home for it to live. I knew I wanted to create something a little different — a space where I could explore bodywork beyond the traditional massage experience and build something that truly reflected my own vision.

A year ago, that dream took another big step forward when I finally opened the doors to my own space.

Looking back, it's wild to see how much this little business has grown and how my vision for this work continues to evolve. What started as a dream has become a space where I get to explore the many ways we can support the body, regulate our nervous system, and experience healing through intentional, intuitive bodywork.

To everyone who has booked a session, trusted me with their care, referred a friend, shared a post, or supported this journey along the way — THANK YOU 🙏🙏🙏 Truly. Every bit of support has helped bring this dream to life, and I'm so grateful to be doing this work.

I'm excited to keep growing, learning, and bringing new things into the B-Side space. There's still so much I dream of doing, and this feels like just the beginning. 🦋

Here's to another year of growth, exploration, and finding our rhythm. 🎶🧘🏻‍♀️🎶

I will meet you on the B-Side.

It’s taken me a full week to find the words for this.

Not because I don’t have anything to say…
but because something in me needed time to settle, to integrate, to fully land back into my body after what I experienced last weekend.

I stepped into a somatic breathwork training with a small group of women I had never met before. And somehow… we walked out as something that felt like family.

There is something profoundly powerful about gathering in a space where nothing is expected of you except your presence.
Where your body leads.
Where your breath becomes the doorway.

Over those days, I experienced a release that felt both ancient and completely new. The kind that doesn’t just move through your mind—but through your tissues, your nervous system, your breath, your entire being.

And in the days since… I’ve noticed the quiet shifts.

Less pressure in my head.
Less brain fog.
More energy.
More clarity in how I move through my life.
Less pain in my body.
Deeper, more restful sleep.

Not dramatic. Not forced.
Just… different. Softer. Clearer. More me.

There was a moment during one of the sessions where I allowed myself to be fully seen by… myself. To soften, to open, to let go in a way that felt safe, supported, and deeply vulnerable.

And that experience alone was beautiful beyond words.

But what surprised me just as much—if not more—was what it felt like to hold space for someone else.

To sit beside another human as they moved through their own process.
To be trusted in that space.
To witness their release, their breath, their transformation.

There is something truly sacred about being invited into that level of vulnerability.
It’s not something I take lightly.
It’s something I feel deeply honored to be a part of.

And the container that was created between all of us—our group, our instructors—it was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

No walls. No masks.
Just real, raw, human connection.

I’ve been to many trainings, many retreats, many spaces dedicated to healing…

But this one changed something in me 🦋

And because of that, I know it will change the way I show up for you.

This work has expanded my capacity to guide you deeper into your nervous system and yourself.
To support true release—not just physically, but emotionally and energetically.

To help you reconnect to your body through one of the most powerful tools you already have:

Your breath.

We don’t have to force healing.
We don’t have to chase it.

Sometimes… we just have to slow down enough to breathe into it.

And I am so ready to bring this into our sessions together.

If you want to dive deeper into this with me, my CranioSacral Frequency sessions are a perfect place to start 💆🏻‍♀️

With so much gratitude,
-Jessi✌️🫶🧘🏻‍♀️
