Help us celebrate Jenna on her 2-year anniversary as a Physical Therapist!

Jenna brings such a unique combination of wit, wisdom, and genuine care to everything she does. Her gentle approach and incredible knowledge make her truly one of a kind, and the care she provides to her patients is something special.

We are so grateful for Jenna and the impact she makes on our patients, our team, and the Agape family. Two years down, and we’re so thankful for all that’s ahead!

This is from Brittney Taylor our Wellness and Athlete Specialist! So lucky to have a heart like this on our team! What a great Mama, Creator, Coach, Wife, Daughter, Sister, Instructor….human. AND her bouquets are gorgeous!!!

Yesterday was the first day I put my little flower stand out at the end of our driveway, and honestly, my heart is just full of gratitude.

Grateful for every person who stopped.
Grateful for every bouquet that found a new home.
Grateful for the encouragement, the kind words, and the people who chose to support something I’m building right here in my own backyard.

But as I watched my daughter watch from the window, I realized this is about so much more than flowers.

Our kids are always watching. They’re watching us dream, work, create, try something new, and sometimes wonder if it’s all going to work out. They’re watching us put in the time and effort to build something we believe in.

And I hope she learns that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start. That hard work matters. That it’s okay to build something slowly. That you can turn an idea into something real with a little courage, consistency, and a whole lot of heart.

Because these flowers are pretty, but they’re becoming so much more than that.

They’re a way to connect with our neighbors.
A way to build community.
A way to create something people can trust and enjoy.
And a little reminder that beautiful things can grow from something small.

Yesterday was just the first day, but seeing her excitement when someone stopped at our stand made me realize that maybe she’s getting to be part of something pretty special, too. 🌸

So grateful for everyone who stopped, supported, shared, encouraged, or simply smiled and waved.

From my backyard to your home—thank you for helping these little blooms grow into something bigger. 🤍

Today we’re celebrating Brittney and all that she brings to Agape!

Over the years, she has taken on countless roles, poured so much into our clients and athletes, and continues to be someone our team can count on. Her passion for wellness, dedication to those she works with, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make such a difference in everything we do.

We are incredibly grateful for the energy, creativity, and heart she brings to Agape each day. Her impact reaches far beyond the work she does—it’s felt by our clients, our athletes, and our entire team.

Let's get STRONG!!!

Check out new athlete information from Agape Performance

We're excited to launch a new layout for our athlete training programs at Agape Performance!

We've listened to our athletes and families and know that busy schedules can make it difficult to consistently attend the same class time each week. Our new staggered schedule gives families more flexibility while continuing to provide the structured, coach-led training our athletes need to grow and perform at their best.

Our new schedule:

Elite STRONG
Monday–Thursday at 3:30 PM
Designed for advanced athletes who are ready to train with purpose and pursue the next level.

7th–12th Grade AthleteSTRONG

Monday & Wednesday at 4:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday at 4:30 PM and 6:00 PM

4th–6th Grade AthleteSTRONG

Monday & Wednesday at 6:00 PM
Tuesday & Thursday at 4:00 PM and 5:00 PM

With multiple training times available throughout the week, athletes can choose the sessions that best fit their schedule while staying committed to consistent training.

We're also moving to a monthly payment structure. Rather than registering and paying for a 6–8 week session, athletes will now register and pay for their program on a monthly basis. This gives families more flexibility and allows athletes to continue training month to month without having to wait for a new session to begin.

Registration and payment will be completed through Mindbody, and athletes must pre-book each training session they plan to attend. This helps us plan appropriately for coaching and group sizes while also allowing families to take advantage of our staggered schedule.

Our goal with this new format is simple: more flexibility for families, better consistency for athletes, and the same high-quality coaching and athlete development that Agape Performance is known for.

We can't wait to see our athletes continue to grow, get stronger, and build confidence both in and out of their sport!

Registration is now open through Mindbody. We look forward to seeing you in the gym!

As one of the first faces you'll see when you walk through our doors, Nicole's infectious smile and welcoming personality make everyone feel right at home. She is always willing to lend a helping hand, go above and beyond for our patients and team, and ensure everyone has the best experience possible.
