Operating as usual

03/23/2020

As you all know, the information surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic has been rapidly changing over the last week. Various agencies have advised dental offices to postpone any non-emergency or elective dental care.

Arizona Family Dental will postpone any hygiene appointments and non-emergency treatment starting Monday, March 23rd. We have a target of April 6th as our return date for normal operations. Patients scheduled for cleanings or non-urgent treatment in this time frame will be contacted to reschedule. Please note; we will continue to monitor and may adjust that date based on the recommendations we receive.

We will remain available to provide emergency dental treatment. Our office hours will vary Monday through Thursday. Please call us first at (480) 782-5477 to schedule an appointment. If we do not answer, please leave us a message and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also contact us on the emergency phone number provided on the voicemail.

The safety and well-being of our patients continues to be our primary concern. We will continue to monitor the status of COVID-19 nationally, as well as within our community, and keep you up-to-date regarding any changes.

Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your cooperation!

Happy Fourth of July! Revolutionary War hero, Paul Revere also dabbled in dentistry. Before Paul Revere’s career as a blacksmith, English dental surgeon John Baker taught him how to make and insert false teeth. Paul Revere is also credited with being the first forensic dentist. Using dental remains Revere correctly identified Massachusetts Major General Joseph Warren, who happened to also famously send Revere on his midnight ride in 1775.

I changed dentists to these fine folks a year ago. WOW! They are fantastic. Kind, friendly, gentle, and did I say friendly? I cannot praise them enough! Thanks you guys!!!
Had our teeth cleaning today. Office is very clean. All the staff our very professional. You can trust this dentist. Feel comfortable to have my teeth cleaned even with Covid-19 pandemic. Hooray 😃 no cavities 🦷!
Love the great customer service! Everyone is very friendly and helpful with any question or concern I’ve ever had about my teeth. Favorite dentist in Phoenix!
I have been going to this dental office since the 1980s. Even though my original dentist retired, his replacement, Dr. Brett Karen, is just awesome. What I like about them is that they don’t try to sell you anything that you don’t need. They are very honest and caring people. His office staff all have great personalities and you can tell they like working there. I highly recommend them for yourself and your family.
My husband and I were very impressed with the friendly and thorough service. Will definitely return!
My experience at Arizona Family Dental has, and continues to be, an excellent one. The office staff, dental assistants and Dr. Karren always provide outstanding customer service. In addition, Dr. Karren and the staff have always been very accommodating in those instances when I have been in discomfort. Dr. Karren always takes the time to fully explain what needs to be done - this, I truly appreciate. I highly recommend Dr. Karren and Arizona Family Dental. An outstanding dentist and a terrific, friendly, professional staff! Vince Blasko
These guys are the real deal. THEY STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Had a crown fall out, it was a challenging one, I was worried since I changed jobs and insurance was another 60 days away, but that was never a question they took care of me!!! The DR's are awesome and the staff are even better.
Arizona Family Dental is a great place to go. I love my dentist. He and his staff are so friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend them for all of your dental needs.
