Are you looking to improve your hair health? Here are 3 tips for better healthier hair from the inside out

1. EXERCISE - Exercise increases circulation of the scalp, thereby inducing the nutrients necessary for healthy hair growth.

2. DRINK WATER - Divide your body weight by 2 thatโ€™s how many ounces you should be drinking daily.ย

3. SUPPLEMENT COLLAGEN - Choose your collagen wisely. Powdered Collagen is only absorbed about 30% on average. I use a liquid Collagen that is 93% bioavailable which means 93% is getting absorbed in the body. Type II Collagen helps to promote healthy hair growth.ย

ย If you are interested in a liquid type II collagen drop a โค๏ธ in the comments and I can send you a link that will give you $10 off your first order.

You want to know why, youโ€™re noticing this more often?!???

Because it's WORKING. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Social Retail is rapidly growing because for the first time, men and women have the chance to earn MORE ๐Ÿ” than their traditional job.

Basically, anywhere there is WiFi we are connected to our online business.

I mean, think about it... How many local stores near you are closed or are closing...itโ€™s sad but true...

โ€ขAll Toy-R-Us stores closed

โ€ขAll Limited stores closed

โ€ข68 Macy's stores closing

โ€ขAll BeBe stores have closed

โ€ข108 K-mart stores closed

โ€ข42 Sears stores closed

Think about this...

โ€ข Uber, the largest transportation provider in the US doesn't own a single car.

โ€ข Airbnb, the new largest hotel company in the world doesn't own a single hotel.

โ€ข Amazon just passed Wal-Mart as the nations biggest retailer and they don't own a single store.

We are in an E-commerce society, and I am thankful to be a part of it.

Itโ€™s TIME to jump into something new, Iโ€™m here for you! ๐Ÿฅฐ Happy Saturday!

Hint - Drop the word โ€œLINKโ€ below ๐Ÿ‘‡ and Iโ€™ll send you some info on what I just launched!

Iโ€™ve decided to chase some big, scary goals!

I have learned, during this self-development journey, the more I am able to help people get what they desire, my desires will be met.

I've made the decision to push fear aside and tell as many humans as I can about solutions I have that may be able to solve a problem.

โžก๏ธRemoving unwanted toxins from your home!

โžก๏ธRemoving unwanted #'s from your mid-section!

โžก๏ธAdding a few more ๐Ÿ’ฒ's to your household!

โžก๏ธIntroducing you to an amazing tribe of men and women who can and will become family!

Do any of these sound like a solution you need?

๐Ÿค”Did you know........ COLLAGEN takes around 90 days to build up stores in the body...

YES, we see fabulous results quickly, but remember by the time someone is 60 they have lost over half their collagen ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ญ, so itโ€˜s going to take some time to build it all back up again.

Our friend Heidi said:
"For me I didn't really notice anything until day 60, when I popped my hands on my thighs and they felt a little firmer.

Once I paired in the cell proof skin system that's when I noticed a MASSIVE shift in fine lines and skin moisture/texture.

I am 120 days in and feeling the BEST I ever have. I have built so much muscle, attend aerobics WITHOUT pain in my joints ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป and my skin glows! I haven't had botox in months! ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ

So I urge you when you start this process, or maybe you are day 30 in and like me not noticing anything yet, give your body time to build up its stores, cause when it does๐Ÿ’ฅ BOOM ๐Ÿ’ฅ baby you start to look and feel gooooooood!"
