Nothing gets the energy going like a little Latin music! 💃🎶

Dancing is more than fun. It helps seniors stay active, work on balance and coordination, and enjoy the music and rhythms that bring back memories and bring people together.

A big thank you to PCA for having us at the Latino Older Adult Conference! We loved celebrating with the community, sharing smiles, and enjoying the power of music and movement.
