You don’t need a “fitness diet” to have a fitness body.
And no, that doesn’t mean eating the same sad chicken, rice and broccoli meal every day 😂
I’m a big believer in keeping nutrition simple, repetitive and realistic. While making room for the foods you actually love.
For example, I had leftover enchiladas. Instead of thinking “this doesn’t fit my goals,” I added a big salad, balanced out the plate and called it a meal.
That’s the mindset I want you to have.
You don’t need to completely change what you eat to change your body. You need to learn how to build around the foods you already enjoy and make small adjustments that support your goal.
And this is exactly why I’ve been able to maintain a lot of my progress even after 6 weeks without training due to a concussion. Yes, I’ve lost some muscle because I haven’t been lifting, but my nutrition habits didn’t disappear just because my workouts did.
Your body is built in the kitchen AND in the gym. But your nutrition doesn’t have to be restrictive, complicated or boring to get you there.
