👋Hello! This is me! 🤗

My passion and calling is supporting people through their pain journey to be able to live more life and see what’s possible beyond the pain.

It’s hard to describe what I do because what I provide to each person is specific to their needs.

How I engage with each client depends on pain, medical history, emotional influences, lifestyle, and personal goals.

What I do is use my skills and knowledge to eliminate your pain and build a foundation for your posture to be as resilient as possible.

Because that’s what you’re meant to be!

Resilient!!

The old me would be so proud of the new me.

Knowing what I bring and clearly offering my services.

Being an entrepreneur means selling yourself and believing in what you offer.

I know my calling is to help people feel better and live better but it took me a long time to realize I’m not doing favors- I’m helping you make lasting change in your body and there’s value in that.

Just like you’d pay your PT chiropractor or massage therapist.

The difference is I am asking you to be an active participant in your change and making real change means your brain needs repetitions making new patterns and building the new you requires YOU.

I am your guide.

Ready to help you when you are. 🫶

Comment VALUE and I’ll send you the link to schedule a discovery call.

You are worth it.

🧠 My brain let my body overcome pain to experience joy!
When I woke up I couldn’t stand up, by the end of the day I’d have to play volleyball and be back to broken as soon as it was over.
💜Pain can “disappear” to let you do what you love!
🫡 The brain runs the show!
