“Do you take insurance?”
It’s the question I get most, and the honest answer is no. That’s on purpose.
Insurance decides a lot more about your care than most people realize: how many visits you get, how long each one lasts, and sometimes whether you can be seen at all. In a lot of clinics, that means 15 minutes with your PT while juggling 2–3 other patients, then handed off to an aide for your exercises.
That’s not how I want to treat people.
At Wayside, every session is one-on-one with me, a Doctor of Physical Therapy. No referral needed to get started. No waiting weeks for authorization. No surprise bills months later. You know the cost upfront, and your plan is built around your goals, not a visit cap.
Direct access isn’t about being exclusive. It’s about getting you better in fewer visits, so you can get back to work, training, and life without pain running the show.
