I know you may think multitasking can lead to accomplishing more. I use to believe that too. However, most of the time, that’s not the result.

Multitasking can lead to increased stress, mental fatigue, lower productivity, more mistakes, and forgetfulness.

So today, let’s LOCK IN! 🔒

One task.
One assignment.
One project.

What would happen if you took the time to truly FOCUS on ONE thing until you completed it?

You might be surprised by how much more you actually accomplish. I suggest you work in blocks of 20 - 30 minutes locking in on ONE thing.

🔥 It’s FEARLESS FRIDAY! 🔥

I remember as a kid having so many phobias. I was afraid of the dark, afraid of heights, afraid of drowning, afraid of closed-in spaces… FEAR had a grip on me.

But now, as an adult, I know something different: God has not given me the spirit of fear! Fear does not come from Him.

What HAS He given me?
POWER. LOVE. A SOUND MIND. 🙌🏾
- 2 Timothy 1:7

So today, I’m making a choice:
FAITH OVER FEAR. 💪🏾🙏🏾

Fear may show up, but it doesn’t get to make my decisions.

There are some moments in life that feel full circle. 💜✨💜

As a little girl, I remember hearing about Dr. Yvonne Pointer and the heartbreaking story of her daughter, Gloria. Even as a child, it touched my heart deeply. I remember caring, hoping and praying that somehow everything would be ok.

Through the years, I have watched and admired Dr. Yvonne’s strength, faith, resilience and her ability to turn pain into purpose.

And today, I get to sit with her LIVE in the Hope Haven. 🥹💜

What an honor.
What a privilege.
What a full-circle God moment.

There is no rehearsed conversation. No performance. We’re simply showing up and allowing the Holy Spirit to be our Director.

I don’t know exactly where the conversation will go, but I believe God does.

Not all women had the right to vote in 1920 with the 19th amendment.
Native American, Asian American, Latinx and African American suffragists had to continue to fight!

Today this black 💪🏾 woman just voted for another black woman not just because she is black. However, I celebrate 🎉 that 100%! Not just because she is a woman. However, I celebrate all women 💯 . Because her morals and values align with mine. Because she is qualified with her 📚 education and experience. Because she has a love ❤️ for all people. Because she can relate to all classes of people poor and middle class. She believes in a woman making her own choices for her 👩🏽‍⚕️ health and not any man deciding for her. Because she believes in democracy and not 🚫 dictatorship. She has a proven record of success not a criminal ⛓️‍💥 record or a record of hate 😡 and discrimination.

It baffles 🤔and disgusts me to think that a 34 count felon can be the President of the United States Of America. He should not even be an option. However, a felon who may have made 1 mistake cannot even vote. Ok I'm done ✅ VOTE!
