My favorite part of weekend pop-ups? The tiny sample cups and the big conversations that come with them.

Little me would be proud.

Five years of Serenety by Rene, and these photos hold all of it. Growth, lessons, good days, hard days, and everything in between. Through life’s changes, family, health, and my own wellness journey, I kept showing up for myself and stayed intentional about growing my small business.

This year opened doors I never imagined. I met incredible people and got to share my natural weight loss journey, the story behind my sea moss gel, and my passion for holistic wellness at events, retreats, and speaking opportunities.

More than selling a product, I get to connect with people, inspire healthier habits, and encourage a more intentional approach to well-being.

Looking back, I’m proud of how far I’ve come and excited for what’s still ahead. This is only the beginning.

Tried sea moss before and felt like nothing happened? If that’s you, you’re not alone.

Most of the time it comes down to the jar. A gel that sat on a warehouse shelf for months, or was made with water that thins it out, ends up watery and harsh. That’s not how anyone should judge sea moss.

Every batch I make starts with wildcrafted sea moss, washed by hand, then blended smooth with alkaline water in small batches. It’s smooth enough to stir into your smoothie or tea without a second thought, and that’s what makes it easy to keep up.

I’ll be at Cannaware’s Bridging the Generational Gap event with a sea moss tasting. Stop by my table to try my four fall flavors: Apple Cinnamon, Lemon Ginger, Elderberry with 5-in-1 Honey and Tart Cherry.

Every jar is made by hand, one small batch at a time, and all four flavors come in 8oz and 16oz pouches to take home. I’ll have easy recipe ideas too, from your morning oatmeal to a warm cup of apple c***r.
