Gluten/Carb Free Spinach-Basil Pizza

I feel best when I avoid simple carbs and gluten. Plus, I’m always looking for ways to get more veggies in. This is what I came up with today.

Recipe:

Make a riced cauliflower crust. It is super easy if you buy a bag of it in the frozen section 😉 You can find recipes online but the key to kerp in mind is… You need to drain the excess moisture and bake the rice 15 minutes on a pan at 350 before mixing the egg and Parmesan cheese to form the crust. Then bake again at 450 for another 20 minutes to create a crispy crust. If it doesn’t work, have your fork ready 😂

Add your toppings!
I added marinara sause, mozzarella, organic cherry tomatoes, spinach, and dried basil (I think fresh would be even better) Enjoy!
