Take a few slow breaths and ask yourself:

“What am I carrying today that I don’t need to take into tomorrow?”

Write it down.

Then write:

“Tomorrow, I choose ______.”

Fill that blank with whatever you need.

Peace. Courage. Discipline. Patience. Confidence. Joy.
