When your mind is pulling in twenty directions at once, it’s often difficult to focus on one goal.
In yoga philosophy, Dharana (the 6th limb) teaches us that concentration isn’t about clearing your thoughts; it’s about giving your attention one single, steady anchor to rest upon. 🕯️
Next time you feel overwhelmed:
1. Find one physical spot in front of you.
2. Softly fix your gaze on it for 5 slow breaths.
3. Notice how the background noise naturally fades.
Practice finding your center with us this Week for limb 6: Dharana (Single-Point Focus). 🌿
