we are getting real personal with goals this month... 🍂🤍

This month my goal with my business is to generate $300 in revenue which means that I can pay off half of a credit card as a mostly SAHM.

That means that I need to sell about 60 items! The most I have sold in one month was 4. So I do have a long ways to go, but I know how good my God is and no matter what I know His will prevails.

So how can you support me?
1. make the swap to my low-toxic products in your home (trust me your home, family, and the environment will thank you)
2. refer your friends and family to me
3. interact with my posts (like, comment, share)

only one of these costs money, but the others are FREE to do. And know that every interaction on my posts and referral truly means the world to me. it is super easy to do, but it helps me be able to stay home during the day with my baby girl 🥹

You can’t outwork your inflammation, no matter what anyone says & no this isn’t the silly little olive oil & lemon mix 😅

the real issue is imbalance...and when your body is out of balance at the cellular level, it does not matter how “clean” you eat, how much you work out, or how many random supplements you take — you can’t out-hustle imbalance

& it shows up in SO MANY ways, ways that we’ve just accepted as “normal”
• waking up puffy even though you didn’t eat crazy
• bloating after “normal” meals
• digestive system being out of whack & irregular bowel movements
• lower belly that won’t flatten no matter how much you train
• hormonal breakouts along your jaw
• irregular or intense cycles
• mood swings that feel out of nowhere
• feeling exhausted but wired
• afternoon crashes
• brain fog during class or work
• holding onto 5-15 Ibs that won’t move
• inflammation in your face
• anxiety that feels physical

most of us think we need more discipline, but your body won’t cooperate when it’s inflamed and stressed internally!!! when you’re out of balance, your body shifts into survival mode...

that’s why hacks don’t work long term 😂because you can’t olive oil & lemon your way out of cellular imbalance LOL! once you correct the imbalance, your body finally feels safe, and when the body feels safe....puffiness drops, skin clears, energy evens out, cycles regulate, your stomach doesn’t look 5 months pregnant by 6pm 😅

this is why I stopped guessing & started addressing the root with this glow up oil & tested to prove it... because balance isn’t a trend & test based nutrition is the future 🤌🏻
