Gentle Yoga at the apothecary…where you can both challenge your body AND restore your inner inner calm! 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏼‍♂️

From one of our sweet students:
“If you haven’t experienced yoga…mind, body and soul, then do we have a treat for you: Abigail’s apothecary in Comfort, Texas with Eden Carter as the yoga instructor - and a cancer survivor. This class offers a zen experience for one full hour that replenishes your thoughts and emotions into a grateful attitude, and a fat mantra (affirmation) to encourage you throughout your day and life. The atmosphere is in an old historical building and is absolutely phenomenal. It is one of the greatest experiences, and it’s transforming me day by day. Thank you so much Abigail and Eden. It is like having our own Garden of Eden in Comfort, Texas.”
