Good morning, beautiful ladies! ❤️☀️

I was sitting in my quiet time this morning, reflecting with a grateful heart, and just felt led to tell you how thankful I am for each of you.

I was thinking about the God of my understanding and how, in Jeremiah 1:5, He reminds us that He knew us before He formed us in our mother’s wombs. And Psalm 139:14 reminds us that we are fearfully and wonderfully made. ❤️

Think about that for a moment. Before our mistakes, our struggles, our heartaches, or the things we sometimes allow to define us, God already knew our stories. And He loved us then, and He loves us now. We don’t have to have it all figured out to be worthy of love.

So, if any of us needs this reminder today: You are seen. You are loved beyond measure. You are beautiful, right where you are. And I am proud of each of you. I’m proud of myself, too, for continuing to show up, grow, and do the work one day at a time.

I’m so grateful we get to walk this journey together. We need each other, ladies. We were never meant to do life disconnected. 🫶

You thought the warfare meant you missed God.

It didn’t.
It means you’re close.

The resistance…
The pressure…
The attack on your mind…

That’s not rejection.
That’s confirmation.

The enemy doesn’t fight what isn’t a threat.

So if it’s loud right now—
if it feels heavy right now—
if your peace is being tested right now…

Good.

That means something is shifting.

You didn’t come this far to retreat at the door.
You didn’t survive what you survived to stop at the threshold.

Push through.

God didn’t bring you here to leave you here.
And what’s on the other side of this battle?

It’s already yours.

My Rock Bottom Was Everything I Prayed For

This last chapter of my Be Whole journey I thought my life was over…

But, I was actually being rebuilt.

Because my breakdown…

wasn’t punishment.

It was permission.
It was release.
It was an answered prayer and assignment I was sent on 14 years ago. I never cursed God. I still loved on people. This last one I thought my soul would never recover. Along with so many dynamics. God has brought me back to life and renewed my mind. The surrender and secret place is a game changer.

Tonight after class…

My baby and I watched a movie,
and I made him his favorite—mom’s special cookies…

We snuggled.

And like he always does when he feels safe…
he opened up to me.

Because bedtime is where the truth comes out.
Where the walls come down.
Where trust speaks.

And in that moment—

I realized…

I prayed for this.

I prayed to be a safe place.
I prayed for connection.
I prayed that my children would trust me with their hearts.

And there it was.

Not perfect.
Not easy.

But real.

And I also prayed…

to be the same safe place
I have always been
for my oldest son—

before the noise,
before the influence,
before the wrong voices tried to speak over what we built.

Because he’s always been…

a mama’s boy.

And that doesn’t just disappear.

That’s connection.
That’s foundation.

So even here…

I trust God.

Because what was built in truth,
in love,
and in consistency…

will always find its way back.

And even in the middle of navigating emotions…

I still allowed my son to go on a play date
with his Mimi, my brother, and his cousin August.

Because the cousins truly love one another.

I love the innocence.

And I refuse to let adult situations
take that away from a child.

Then came the hard conversation.

The kind that requires presence.
The kind that requires regulation.
The kind that requires you to stay grounded
even when your heart feels everything.

This isn’t a transformation from me.

This is what happens
when you stop running…
and finally surrender.

This is healing.
This is restoration.
This is what recalibration actually looks like.

So if your life right now
feels more like the first version—

Hear me clearly:

You are not broken.
You are not behind.
You are not stuck.

You are in process.

And God is not finished.

He met me in my rock bottom…
so I could finally rise the right way.

This is what I lived through.
This is my healing journey.

Look at these two photos.

Same woman.
Different place.

The first…
I was there—but I wasn’t there.
Exhausted.
Overstimulated.
Fighting battles I didn’t have words for yet.

Trying to hold it together…
while silently falling apart.

The second…

Peace.
Light.
Restoration.

Not because life suddenly got easy—
but because God met me in the hardest place of my life.

What you don’t see is everything in between:

The nights I didn’t sleep.
The weight in my body.
The fear.
The surrender.
The prayers when I had nothing left.

This isn’t a transformation from me.

This is what happens when God steps in.

This is healing.
This is restoration.
This is what redemption actually looks like.

So if you’re looking at your life right now and it feels more like the first picture—

Hear me clearly:

You are not stuck.
You are in process.

And God is not finished.

He got me up… so I could get up.

The Healing Journey.

Yesterday wasn’t small…
it was evidence.

I showed up for my children—
and mind you, one is now 30 minutes away from me…
along with his baseball games for the first time in his life.

And my youngest?
Let’s just say… when I picked him up from school,
the car became a toilet—
stuck in traffic for over an hour.
Hazard lights on, pulling into the emergency lane just trying to manage it all.

And you know what?

God is so stinking good.

Because in the middle of what could’ve been chaos…
I stayed steady.

I showed up for my clients.
I showed up for my class.

And for the first time in a long time—
I didn’t just survive it…
I carried it well.

That may sound simple to some,
but for me… it’s everything.

This is what healing looks like.
Not perfect. Not polished.
But present. Stable. Strengthened.

And I know exactly where it came from—
this is God. Nothing but God.

Because there was a time I couldn’t hold it all together…
and now I’m being trusted to steward more.

And last night?
I slept like a baby.
Peace hit different.

If you’re in a place where you feel overwhelmed, broken, or stretched beyond capacity—
let me lovingly tell you this:

There is another way.

Not by force.
Not by striving.
But by surrender.

If you haven’t tried Jesus…
I encourage you to try Him today.

Because when He steps in—
everything changes.

You don’t lose with Him. Ever. 💯🎯🙌🏽

When you come out of Egypt… make sure you don’t bring Egypt with you.

Leaving isn’t the hard part.
Letting go is.
You can walk away from what broke you…
and still carry the mindset, the fear, the survival patterns, and the old identity right into your next season.

That’s what happened in the wilderness.

They were free in body… but still bound in mind.
They kept looking back.
Romanticizing what once oppressed them.
Craving what God had already delivered them from.

And if we’re honest…
we do the same thing.
We leave the relationship—but keep the insecurity.
We leave the chaos—but keep the anxiety.
We leave the environment—but keep the identity we formed inside of it.

That’s not freedom. That’s relocation.

Be Whole means this:
You don’t just come out…
you renew, release, and realign.

You stop agreeing with the version of you that was built in survival.
You stop feeding thoughts that were formed in fear.

You stop reaching back for what God told you to leave behind.
Because you cannot walk into promise
while still thinking like you’re in bo***ge.

This is your reminder:
You are not who you had to be to survive.
You’re allowed to become who God is calling you to be now.

Regulate. Restore. Rebuild.

Most people haven’t actually “failed” at betting on themselves—
they’ve just never placed the bet.

Because somewhere along the way, you were taught:

play it safe
don’t risk too much
don’t trust yourself fully
wait until you’re “ready”

So you learned how to invest in everything else… except you.

But here’s the shift:

You don’t wake up one day with confidence and then bet on yourself.
You bet on yourself first… and confidence is built after.

It’s not a personality trait.
It’s a decision.

Not loud. Not reckless.
Just quiet, consistent agreement:

“I’m going to show up for me… even if I don’t fully believe it yet.”

Because the truth is—
you’ve already been betting…

Just not on yourself.

You’ve bet on:

other people’s opinions
past versions of you
fear being right

Now it’s just time to redirect the investment.

Start small if you need to:

Keep one promise to yourself today
Follow through on one thing you normally avoid
Speak one thought you’d usually hold back

That’s how it begins.

Not with a leap…
but with a decision to stop sitting on the sidelines of your own life.

And once you place that first bet?

You don’t go back.

Regulate. Restore. Rebuild. 🔥

You were never broken.
You just learned to see yourself through a lens that wasn’t love.

And anything viewed outside of love will always feel distorted.

Somewhere along the way—
in a moment you didn’t have the capacity to process—
a belief was formed.

Not because it was true…
but because it was felt.

A look.
A word.
An absence.
A wound.

And without even realizing it,
you adjusted your identity to match the moment.

You didn’t become who you are…
you adapted to what you experienced.

But love was never the author of those beliefs.

Because love does not shame.
Love does not label.
Love does not leave you questioning your worth.

So if the voice you hear is telling you:
you’re too much…
not enough…
hard to love…
easy to leave…

That voice may be familiar—
but it is not truth.

Because truth, when seen through love,
does not condemn you…

It calls you back to yourself.

“As a man thinks in his heart, so is he.” — Proverbs 23:7

So the question isn’t just what do you believe?
It’s—

Who taught you to see yourself that way?

And even deeper…

Was love present when that belief was formed?

Because if it wasn’t,
you are allowed to release it.

Jesus didn’t come to manage your behavior.
He came to restore your vision.

To teach you how to see—
God, yourself, and your life—through love again.

This is what salvation looks like in real time.

Not just being forgiven…
but being made whole.

Spirit.
Soul.
Body.

Not later.

Now.

So today, you don’t have to fight yourself anymore.

You don’t have to carry identities that were formed in pain.

You don’t have to agree with voices that never sounded like love.

You get to pause…
and ask one question:

“God, show me who I am through Your love.”

And when He answers—
you will recognize it.

Because it will feel like peace.
It will sound like truth.
And it will lead you back to freedom.

Regulate. Restore. Rebuild.
This is how we return to love.

There was a time I didn’t have the words…
so I just endured.

I didn’t sleep for over a month.
Not even laying down.

My body was in constant pain.
My legs would lock up.
My chest felt like something heavy was sitting on it.

I paced.
I jumped in and out of water trying to regulate.
I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t keep anything down.

I was having nightmares…
waking myself up screaming.

And still—
I was a mother.
Still trying to hold everything together.

I even went to get help.

They placed me in a psych setting…
and within an hour, they realized:

👉 it was traumatizing me, not helping me.

The noise.
The images.
The environment.

My body couldn’t take it.

What I didn’t understand then:

I wasn’t “losing my mind.”
I was in a full nervous system collapse
while coming off multiple medications abruptly
while already carrying depression
while living in an environment that never felt safe.

It has now been 15 months.

And for the first time…

I am finally safe enough to ask the questions.
Safe enough to understand.
Safe enough to put language to what I lived through.

If you’ve ever felt like your body was turning against you…
If you’ve ever questioned your own sanity…
If you’ve ever endured something you couldn’t explain…

Hear me:

You are not crazy.
You are not weak.
And you are not alone.

Some of us didn’t have the words back then…

But we do now.

And that changes everything.

Regulate. Restore. Rebuild.
