I have so much to be thankful for this year. First of all, I want to thank God, that lives in and through me, as me ! I am so grateful for another year around the sun. This will be 19th year of being 23 years old.

I am grateful for my chosen family! They have stood by me through thick and thin. I am so grateful for health. I am so grateful for the abundance that flows to me and from me. I am grateful for my patients that are like family! I am so thankful for Unity and the love!

My heart is overwhelmed for the love I feel and the support I have in my life. Thank you for you!! On my birthday I believe in giving a gift to others. This year my gift is this:

I see you, I hear you! I see the windows of heaven pouring out a blessing upon you. On earth as it is in heaven. I see the desires of your heart manifesting this year. I know, that I know, that I know YOU will prosper in everything you set your heart and mind on! Those thoughts and dreams you have longed for are within your grasp now! You have the energy and will power to support all that spirit as for you this year. God is with you always and you are never alone. Even when self doubt comes for a brief moment, you recenter, take some deep breathes and that still small voice speaks to you . Just be your authentic self baby and you will receive more than you can even ask or think!!! And so it is!!!

Hey yall, here is my nightly routine. I interchange the retinol one night and Tret gel the next night . I skip all retinols or Tret on Sunday nights. I also do not use them on the nights before I am doing outside events or trips.
