Can I vent for a second, besties? I know there are a million ways someone has it worse, but I’m exhausted in every way imaginable. I’ve been in excruciating pain daily since September 3rd, and now I’m just finding out on October 12th that it will possibly be another month or two more until I get the surgery I need.

If you’re new or missed it: I had diverticulitis that perforated my colon and formed a fistula between my sigmoid colon and fallopian tube that leaked causing a mass that is growing in my fallopian tube (pyosalpinx). They need to remove at least my fallopian tube, but a colorectal surgeon also needs to be involved because it is connected to my sigmoid colon and that may need repair once they remove the connection (fistula).

PSA: I’m not looking for advice, just a safe space to vent and positive thoughts and prayers please. 🙏🏻
