My boy definitely tested me on this one... why? Because I had to do all these tiny details in ONE SESSION and FML y'all! My body is WAY TOO BROKEN for those long a$$ sessions, but the pain's worth it if it means taking care of my boys and girls in uniform!! 🤪😇

A cowboy, his horse, and his dog—with a view that makes me want to turn my phone off and disappear for a week. Seriously, we all work way too hard and could all use some 'back to nature' time!! 😎

Stay tuned... More to come!! 🫶🫵🐣

First session down on this lower arm sleeve and I’m already loving it!! 😍

This one is going to be a journey, represent coming out of those dark places in life and finding your way back into the light. And if you haven’t seen this yet, look up anglerfish mating… that s**t is freaky!! Deep ocean animals are SERIOUSLY BIZARRE!! 😳🫣😅

Thanks for peeking!! Stay tuned.

Some projects you finish in a day, and some you get to watch grow session by session into something pretty damn special. ❤️

This is definitely one of those!!

We’ve still got plenty of work ahead of us, but I am LOVING where this whole project is going. Every session adds another piece to the puzzle, and watching it all start coming together is one of my favorite parts - bringing your vision to life! 😇

She’s not finished yet, so stay tuned!! And YES, I'm ELATED that I'm getting to do more animals!! KEEP THEM COMING MY WAY!! 😂🤪

Another crazy lady voluntarily choosing a spine tattoo!!

Because apparently some of us look at the spine and think, “Yep. THAT looks like a fun place to get tattooed.” 🤪😂

But if you’re gonna commit to a spine piece and earn every damn inch of it, it might as well be for something you love. Because pain is temporary, our fur babies are forever. 🫶🏻

And yes, she sat like a badass!! 😎

Had to show off one of Eli’s pieces because his portrait work is getting really good!! 🤩🔥

Eli’s currently deployed, so he won’t be available for a while, but hopefully he’ll be back sometime early to mid next year and of course his chair will be happy to see him… that side of the studio looks sad without him!! 😂🇺🇸

As a military family, we know sometimes life and duty have to come first. We will ALWAYS support that. ❤️

Super proud of you, Eli!! 🫶🏻

Okay, I know I’ve been a little MIA with posting my tattoo work lately. 😇

Apparently you’re supposed to actually POST the tattoos you do. Who knew? 😂

This summer got a little crazy. I took some time off, spent some much-needed time with family, handled life stuff, and somewhere in there social media got shoved waaaaay down the list!!

But I HAVE been tattooing!! And I’ve got a ridiculous amount of work sitting in my camera roll waiting for its turn. 🤦‍♀️🤣

So we’re gonna start fixing that.

Starting with this badass medieval trio. 🏰🦁⚔️

Castle. Battle-worn lion. Templar knight. Three separate pieces that come together into one hell of a forearm collection. I had entirely too much fun with all the little details in these.

And yes… I’ll try to be better about posting my tattoos instead of just hoarding them on my phone like a little tattoo-art dragon!! 😂🤪

More coming!! ❤️

It’s been a hot minute since I’ve posted some tattoo work over here, so I figured I’d come back with something ridiculously cute. 😂❤️

This one was for one of my July giveaway winners celebrating America’s 250th birthday!! 🇺🇸🥳

Her idea was basically her whole family wrapped up into one slightly unhinged little character:

Pookie Bear.
Wearing a shark onesie.
With dog tags that say “Tater.”

Because apparently subtle family symbolism is overrated. 🤣🫶🏻

And I freaking LOVED it!!

These guys drove TWO HOURS one way to come see me, so there was absolutely no way I was letting them leave with anything less than something extra special. We had such a good time, laughed a ton, and I seriously had a blast bringing this little dude to life. 🥰

This is exactly the kind of tattoo I love doing. It’s colorful, goofy, personal, and makes absolutely perfect sense to the person wearing it. ❤️

Thank you guys for making the drive and trusting me with something that represents your family in the most adorable way possible!!

Congratulations to Regina Adams Shrader, our final 250 Special Giveaway winner! 🥳

You've won a full-day tattoo session for only $250 as part of our July giveaway celebrating America’s 250th anniversary.

And just like that, y’all made it through the whole giveaway without me needing a helmet, a referee, or a snack-sponsored emotional support team. 😂🤣😜

I seriously want to thank everyone who entered, shared, commented, tagged people, and tossed your tattoo ideas into the ring. Y’all made this so much fun, and also mildly unfair because some of these ideas were GOOD good. Like “sit at my desk staring at the comments, arguing with myself,” good.

This giveaway has been such a cool way to celebrate, connect with people, and see what kind of custom artwork y’all have been dreaming about.

Original artwork only.
Private studio.
By appointment only.

Congratulations again, Regina! I can’t wait to see what we create.

Alright y’all, this is it.

FINAL WEEK. LAST CHANCE.

We’ve already picked three winners for the 250 Special Giveaway, which means there is only ONE full-day tattoo session left for $250.

One.

Uno.

The final little golden ticket before I close this thing down and go back to pretending I have my life together.

Y’all have made this giveaway ridiculously fun, mildly stressful, and honestly way harder than I expected. The tattoo ideas have been funny, meaningful, sentimental, wild, weird, beautiful, and occasionally suspiciously personal to my nervous system.

So if you’ve been thinking about entering and haven’t yet, now is the time.

To enter:

Like the Creative Tattoos by Design page.
Comment your tattoo idea on this post.
Share if you want to help stir the pot.

Sharing is appreciated, but not required to enter.

Winner gets a full-day tattoo session for only $250.

Original artwork only.
No copied tattoos.
Private studio.
By appointment only.

This is the last chance for July, so don’t sit there lurking like a raccoon behind a dumpster.

Drop your tattoo idea in the comments and let’s see who gets the final spot.
