First time putting “Taco Bell” in a song! 🌮 When we songwrite together, we take lyrics straight from group members to make sure their unfiltered voices come through the finished product. With this group, we focused on our self-talk. One of our participants shared that positive self-talk for them looks like telling themselves they deserve Taco Bell, so here’s your official sign to treat yourself today! 😌

Thank you, Atlas Youth Outreach, for having us! Looking forward to our next session in July! 🎸
