Coming home from a weekend away and trying to get back into a routine. 😅

Instead of trying to catch up on EVERYTHING, I’m focusing on 3 things to make this week a little easier:

🤍 Scheduling time for movement and myself.
🍽️ Planning just one meal ahead.
🧺 Tackling the chores I hate most.

Nothing fancy, just a few small things that help me feel more prepared for a busy week.

If you’re feeling behind today, pick just ONE to start with. You don’t have to reset your entire life by Monday. 🤍

Tired of planning what’s for supper AGAIN? I got you! 🙌🏼

Here’s what we’ve made lately to support our health goals and meals our toddler loves, too!

No separate toddler dinners. No complicated recipes. Just real-life meals that work for our family. ❤️

We have our repeat favorites, make simple swaps when needed, and build meals around foods we actually enjoy.

You don’t have to reinvent dinner every night to feed your family well.

Save this for some dinner inspiration, and tell me: what’s one meal your whole family will actually eat? 👇🏼

May we all get a moment to ourselves today. 🤍🫶

If you’ve been trying to figure out who YOU are in this season of motherhood, you’re in the right place. 🤍

For the mom whose workouts get interrupted. Who wants to feel stronger and healthier but doesn’t have hours to spare. Who needs more rest, less guilt, easier meals, or permission to let the house be messy and play with her kids instead.

This space is for the real-life stuff. The small habits, the imperfect days, the wins that might seem little but actually matter.

You don’t have to be perfect to take care of yourself. And you don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Welcome to The Habit Mama. 🫶🏼

Tell me, what’s one thing you’re trying to make a little easier in this season of motherhood?

Moms, you don’t have to finish your entire to-do list before you’re allowed to take care of yourself. ❤️

Try choosing one small thing today that helps you feel good, even if everything else isn’t done.

☕️ Sit down with your coffee.
🚶‍♀️ Take a 10-minute walk.
🥗 Eat a real lunch.
💪 Fit in a short workout.

Pick what works for your life today. This isn’t another checklist to complete.

Taking care of yourself can happen right in the middle of real life, messy living room and all.

What’s one small thing you could do for yourself today?

A little Monday reminder for the moms trying to fit 47 things into a 24-hour day. 😅

Instead of trying to plan a perfect week, look at the day that’s going to be the hardest and make ONE thing easier ahead of time.

🍝 Plan an easy dinner.
🎒 Pack the bag the night before.
🧺 Move a chore to another day.

We’re not trying to squeeze more into every day. We’re learning to make real life more manageable.

Which day of the week tends to be your busiest? 👇

All I wanted was to drink my coffee in peace. ☕️😂

Is a few minutes of quiet and NOT turning on every light in the house really too much to ask?!

Please tell me I’m not the only one. 😅👇

If eating healthy feels like one more thing on your to-do list, let’s make it simpler. 🤍

You don’t need a whole new meal plan, a fridge full of perfectly prepped food, or a different recipe every night.

Try this instead:

✔️ Keep easy options on hand for busy days.
✔️ Repeat meals you already enjoy.
✔️ Build on the foods you’re already eating instead of starting from scratch.

Healthy habits don’t have to be complicated to be effective.

Especially in motherhood, sometimes the best plan is the one that’s simple enough to actually stick with.

Save this for the next time healthy eating feels overwhelming.

What’s one easy food or meal you always keep in rotation?

The kitchen was clean. The living room? Not so much. 😂

I could’ve kept cleaning, but instead, we built a blanket fort and ate lunch inside it.

And honestly? I’m glad I did.

It’s so easy to get caught up in everything we need to do as moms that we forget we’re allowed to enjoy our days, too.

The laundry will still be there. The toys will get scattered again. The house will need cleaning tomorrow.

But I don’t want to spend every day waiting until everything is done to actually enjoy it.

A little reminder for both of us: you don’t have to earn a break, and you don’t have to have a spotless house to be a good mom.

Sometimes the mess can wait. 🤍

What if we gave ourselves a little more permission to do that?

A little morning love for the moms who are soaking up the quiet and the moms who are already counting down until bedtime. 🤎☕️

Whether your morning is going smoothly or you’re holding it together by a thread, you belong here.

The coffee might get cold. The living room might stay messy. And some mornings, just getting through is enough.

You don’t have to earn rest by checking everything off your to-do list. You don’t have to be the perfect mom, either.

I hope you give yourself a little grace today, mama. ❤️

If you needed this reminder today, consider this your sign to take a breath. You’re not alone.
