Our Homestead Quarter Beef Share gives you approximately 75+ pounds of packaged beef—a delicious variety for weeknight dinners, Sunday roasts, and backyard grilling.
Includes:
• 35–45 one-pound ground beef packs
• 12–18 mixed premium steaks
• 3–5 family-size roasts
• About ½ brisket, or add it to your ground beef
• 2–4 short-rib packages
• 4–8 pounds of stew, cube, or fajita meat
• Soup or marrow bones upon request
Total: $1,399.99
Beef share: $1,099.99 + processing: $300
Plan for 3–4 cubic feet of freezer space. Final weights and cut quantities will vary.
Processing is planned for early-to-mid November 2026 at USDA-inspected Mount Pleasant Meat Packing. Pickup at the processor or Haidek’s by December 31.

Fresh from our garden to our table! 🌱❤️

Today I harvested our very own roselle (sorrel), and I’m a little excited about this one! These beautiful deep-red calyces can be used to make a naturally tart, refreshing tea that can be enjoyed hot or cold.

I love being able to walk into the garden, harvest something with my own hands, and then learn new ways to turn it into something wholesome for our table.

Tonight I’m making my first batch of fresh sorrel tea, and I’ll be preserving the rest so we can enjoy our harvest long after the growing season is over.

There is just something special about knowing exactly where your food came from. ❤️
