On my way back home from an 8 day breathwork journey that also incorporated shamanic dance and breathwork, and a heart opening cacao ceremony all on this beautiful land. I spoke with Grandfather fire for the first time. I gave thanks to Mother Nature- her powerful land and her waters. Gave thanks to the full moon. I am coming home feeling such a mix of emotions- a bit tender, a bit expansive, very open to receiving, and a massive reclamation of who I truly am. This week helped me to expand my awareness of just how much the medicine of breath can do for each of us in our own unique way. It’s hard work to allow myself to be so open and vulnerable but I am so proud of myself for how far I’ve some in my journey. I have so much more learn as I am forever student - and at the same time I know I have so much to give back to community. As they say, the ceremony starts after the ceremony- slowing working through integrating all these lessons I have learned. Feeling so so so grateful.

Free Conscious Connect Breath Session!
I am looking for 1-2 more volunteers for an upcoming group virtual (zoom) session - case study Sat Sept 5th at 10 am. The session will last no more than 1 hour and 1/2.

As a student with Seven Directions Breathwork, part of my training is offering these sessions as case studies to help me practice and get feedback as to how I can become a better facilitator.

Some benefits of Conscious Connect Breath Work (CCB).
Helps to regulate the nervous system.
Helps to release stored emotions. Reduces stress and anxiety.
Boots mental clarity.
Can help with personal growth - plus so much more.

These case studies are a vital part of my training, so please make sure you are able to commit if you are interested. If you have never done a breathwork session before, this is a great beginners type of breathwork to start off with.

I had the opportunity to facilitate a sound bath at a therapist office who offers their clients sound baths as part of their treatment plan. I was honored to have been asked to be part of this clients journey and to continue to offer this for future clients. More studies are coming out about the amazing benefits of sound healing - but truthfully our bodies already hold this knowledge. Personally coming out of my 3rd neck surgery in Feb after 2 previous failed surgeries I am still in healing mode. Just ordered a 40 hertz weighted tuning fork to help with bone healing and I can wait to also use it for clients as well!

Breathwork has been a game changer for me on my personal journey. It has helped me mentally, physically and emotionally so much so that I decided to invest in a 10 month intensive Conscious connected breathwork facilitator training program through Seven Directions. I am over 1/2 way though the course and ready to take on case studies: one-on-one and groups - mix of online and in person.

Ask- looking for volunteers- this is absolutely free for you! All I ask in return is to fill out a feedback form with honest answers to help me grow as a facilitator. No previous experience in breathwork needed. If you’ve never done a BW session before this is a great choice for beginners.
