Join us for our next Talk Therapy on Wednesday, June 3! We are excited to hear from LPC and practice owner Aubrey Richardson.

Aubrey Richardson, LPC, holds a degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Johns Hopkins University and has worked across the full spectrum of psychiatric care, including inpatient units, partial hospitalization programs, and as the adult intensive outpatient program (IOP) coordinator at Texas Health Behavioral Health Dallas.

After witnessing the long-term effects of burnout and vicarious trauma on fellow clinicians and caregivers, Aubrey opened her private practice, Sage Holistic Counseling, where she now specializes in working with therapists, helpers, and caregivers who are navigating soul-deep exhaustion and burnout. Her work focuses on dismantling hustle culture as well as bringing a trauma-informed, systemic approach to burnout recovery for those in care-based professions.

We hope you can make it and bring a friend!

Join us this Wednesday at 7 PM!

We are so excited to hear from our very own founder, Annie Tam! Annie is a Licensed Professional Counselor, the owner of the collaborative group practice, MEND Counseling, and founder of A+K Collective. From Annie:

“I can’t wait to discuss all things Enneagram in practice with you on Wednesday. If you don’t know much about Enneagram, please take a moment to take a quick assessment. Truity also has a very short synopsis of Enneagram numbers if you’d like to take a look. Do not pay for the results, but take a screenshot of the pie chart that it gives you at the end. We will use this info to discuss the Enneagram and how to use it with clients. I’ll also share my favorite Enneagram resources as well. You may want to bring a pen and notebook.”

If you’re a mental health professional, graduate student, or interested in the counseling field, we hope you’ll join us!
