I was excited about an orange shaped container that had chewable vitamin C tablets in it 😊

Friends wanted some; I handed them out 🤷🏽‍♀️🤭

💁🏽‍♀️ See I had just had a cold and mom told me the worse that would happen, if I ate too much, you would p**p a lot and they were just getting one. 😬

🙆🏽‍♀️ No big deal.

Turns out it was. 🙄

🙃 Then, Officer McGruff, the
police’s mascot and an officer, human, u know, guy, came in to my kindergarten class to show us a picture case one side had vitamins and the other side had drugs … 🫨🤯 I was 5 🤷🏽‍♀️ they all looked the same.. (scratches head). 🫤

I’ve been involved in naturopathic care since before I was born. Mom raised me like that. 😊

Since many aren’t, I always observed how others do things. I still do things differently 🤭 There are many paths to a goal. 😉

😋 how I spent the last week of the summer.. with the exclusion of work days 😝

I’m so grateful to have been able to spend so many beautiful days in nature, before summer came to a bittersweet close! 🥰

On the hike, we found a 🧚🏽‍♂️ door! 🤭 obviously a gnome, with tools, helped.. 🙆🏽‍♀️ right?!

🤷🏽‍♀️.. sometimes I really Love people 😊

Saw a Bear!! 🐻 1 slide dedicated 💫

And lots of venturing in the kayak and observing the season as it began to change.

Let’s talk relief through the feet 🙏🏽

🥰 Make sure you save this for later, especially if u don’t have the time now 😉

I’m sure you are aware that we have nerve endings on the soles of our feet. 🤓

👵 Grandma said if u rub garlic on ur foot, you can smell it on ur breath. 😊

🙆🏽‍♀️ Never tried it, but I do put thieves essential oil, if I have a bad cold. 🤧

I find the ionic detox foot bath to be very useful. 🙌🏽

💫 Especially for those who sit or stand for long durations.

After I use it my knees feel more flexible, ankle swelling goes down quickly and my legs don’t feel as heavy. ✌🏽
