Daily intention & reflection go hand in hand with Reiki energy healing by grounding energy, deepening self-awareness, and keeping the mind focused on the core spiritual principles of the practice. These habits help you live out the Reiki precepts—such as letting go of anger and worry—in your everyday life.

Have you set your intentions today?

How we view challenges in our lives is an important part of self compassion. Some challenges we encounter are painful and this can make it easy to give up on ourselves. However, when we embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, it is easier to overcome these obstacles and find a deeper meaning.

Today, reflect on a difficult situation you have been avoiding. how does this situation make you feel? why do you think you have been avoiding it? how can you view it as an opportunity to grow?

• Reiki (check out Pure Balance Reiki )
• Adequate sleep
• Regular movement

Reducing chronic stress helps create an environment more supportive of healthy hair growth cycles.
