Bone broth buckwheat breakfast bowl 🌱🍳

Buckwheat is an excellent choice for breakfast due to its fiber, plant protein, and antioxidants content! Soaking buckwheat overnight significantly improves nutrient absorption, making it easier for you to absorb B-vitamins, and minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. Cooking buckwheat in bone broth adds additional protein!

We decided to top this bowl with an egg, arugula and sautéed portobello mushrooms.

Hi Champions! Our friends at Project Pink are hosting a workshop at Veterans Memorial next Saturday led by UC Davis researchers on Nanoplastics and Breast Cancer. The event will include an overview of the science, practical ways to swap out plastics in our everyday lives and an opportunity to donate blood and contribute to research.
