We’re SO excited to finally announce the Turmeric & Tequila Tour 2026 — a one-day, global fitness event created to bring people together through movement, community, conversation, and purpose.

On December 4, 2026, gyms, athletes, friends, brands, and communities around the world will come together for ONE workout, ONE cause, and ONE global community.

The holidays can be a complicated time for so many people, and mental health and community have always been at the heart of Turmeric & Tequila. This year, we’re putting that mission into action by partnering with The The Sodality Foundation Sodality Foundation to support the mental health and well-being of first responders, veterans, and their families.

❤️ $5 per participant. 100% goes to charity.

Whether you’re a CrossFit affiliate, HYROX Official gym, local fitness community, athlete, brand, or simply someone who believes in showing up for others — there’s a place for you.

And we’re bringing the power of story into the Tour. 🎥

Participating gyms and communities will have exclusive access to The Call Documentary The Call — an award-winning mental health documentary that creates an opportunity to watch, connect, and have meaningful conversations around mental health and the people who need us to show up.

So proud to celebrate and everything they’ve built. 👟💚👆🏽

From a few hundred pairs of shoes given out… to thousands reaching people who truly need them. Watching this organization grow while walking alongside so many incredible human beings has been nothing short of inspiring.💚

Founder, Tyg Taylor, joined me early on the Turmeric & Tequila podcast (Episode 60), and seeing how the mission has expanded since then is amazing. Real impact. Real service. Real community…. And the inspiration he shares here, is still relevant .🙏🏽

2025 was wild—in the best way—for marketing & branding.
We watched “new” trends take center stage… that we’ve been building, testing, and living for decades (literally).

What rose to the top?
🔥 More intentional influencers
🔥 Independent creators owning their voice + value
🔥 Mission-driven humans & brands aligning on their terms
🔥 Less obsession with big names — more focus on real impact

And honestly? We LOVED seeing it.

What an incredible honor speaking at the 2025 WeDo event here in Denver to a room full of young local women and students! 💫

I had the chance to share my journey—wins, losses, pivots, tequila moments and all—and dive into one of my favorite topics: holding on to your “why” and staying in the game even when the dream gets really hard. Because chasing big goals requires grit, community, and a whole lot of belief.🫶🏽
