Community Heart-Song Circle next Saturday!

Come together to connect in song and spirit, with ourselves and each other, in a warm and welcoming circle, sharing heart-centered chants, simple songs and harmonies, to lift our voices and spirits together in song!

All Levels Welcome: No prior singing experience required.

Carol Bardenstein: Song-catcher and song leader Carol Bardenstein discovered heart-centered singing with others as a deep and transformative spirit portal nearly 15 years ago, and she’s been singing her heart out and in with others, and facilitating many different kinds of song circles ever since! Grief, joy and everything in between, and all that you are, are warmly invited into her song circles, for expression, connection and communion in heart and song.

This fun donation-based class will be unlike our typical yoga classes where silence rules. Puppy barks, puppy breath, puppy snuggles and all things puppy-related will be celebrated in this 45 minute offering.

Come join us - bring the family and buckle up for an excitingly cute class. DONATIONS welcome, supporting Simple Girl Doggie Haven, when you arrive! And, if you're looking for a new addition to the family, these sweet pups are also up for adoption!

A sweet puppy foster mom from Simple Girl Doggie Haven dog rescue organization has offered to bring her three foster babies to join us! And, these three cuties also happen to be up for adoption.
