Tip of the Day : Feed your Hair

Do you know the benefits of using coconut oil on your hair? Unrefined coconut oil is an all purpose moisturizer. It is great for deep conditioning your hair, as well as a skin conditioner. When using oil for a deep conditioning hair treatment, melt the coconut oil in the microwave then spread it over your scalp , hair shaft, and ends. After, place a shower cap over your head to allow the heat to pe*****te into your hair. Following about 2 hours or more, wash your hair with shampoo and follow with a conditioner. Remember to use sulfate and paraben free shampoos and conditioners.
