We expect comments to be courteous. To that end, SJBPH has established the following policy in regard to the posting of comments, and we reserve the right to delete comments that are inconsistent with our guidelines.
We do not to allow comments that:
• contain obscene, indecent, or profane language;

• contain hate speech directed at race, color, s*x, s*xual orientation, national origin, ethnicity, age, religion, or disability;
• contain links to spam;
• contain confidential information (health or otherwise – please see SJBPH’s Notice of Privacy Practices); or
• promote or endorse services or products. (Note that non-commercial links that are relevant to the topic or another comment are acceptable).
Copyrighted and other proprietary material should not be posted or submitted in any form unless permission to do so is clearly indicated. In posting his or her own comments or other work, a commenter grants SJBPH and anyone viewing the SJBPH social media sites irrevocable permission to copy, distribute, make derivatives, display or perform the commenter's work publicly and free-of-charge.
We recognize that the internet is a medium unbound by regular business hours and your comments are welcome at any time. However, given the need to manage resources, reviewing and responding to comments will generally occur during regular business hours Monday through Friday. Comments and questions submitted at other times will be reviewed and replied to as soon as possible the next business day.
To protect your privacy, please do not include information in the text of your comment that identifies you.
Please note that comments and material placed on this site including any personal identifiable information will be public record and available for public review.
